Low glycemic index diet emphasizes on foods that have high protein and also high fiber. Foods with high index need longer time to be absorbed by our body and that’s good for diabetes.

Prikitin diet is the lightest diabetic diet program because this diet still allows suffers to consume any type of foods. Portion is the only matter, portion is usually reduced.
